Specific structure has been designed to unfold strengths, values, visions, extraordinary uniqueness of the individual in designing their goals and their future. We step into awareness of the thought systems already in place which limit imagination. We apply an understanding of neuroscience to develop the current thinking.

Success is a way of BEING and it has been morphed into a definition of "what the results say" or "how much money one has". The results are created with ease and persistence and perseverance when one is clear on their purpose, their values and their contribution.

Secondly, Marilyn and the client go on a journey between the success envisioned and the results needed to fulfill that vision. A step-by-step discovery process to identify strengths and step into strategies to build confidence begins. It creates an awareness to maximize results with less effort. Weekly goals are established by the client and accountability becomes a way of life. There is preparation for the attainment of worthy goals and necessary action steps are applied. Marilyn states that "the world teaches us 'sameness'; what is possible is an amazing life."

The third part of the structure of the coaching guidance is entitled "The Science of Fulfillment" where an individualized, organized and clear process is put into place to begin the practice of what has been revealed. It is a science in understanding and applying how the brain protects us and how to replace limiting thoughts and depleting beliefs. A very simple and practical application is introduced to mitigate perceived weaknesses and shift into optimal performance.
